Sweat workouts are professionally designed workout routines to build strength, cardio and core while decreasing body fat. The variety of workouts will keep you motivated and help you achieve the results you desire. There are different Sweat workouts to choose from that will enhance all aspects of your lifestyle.
First Sweat Class? If so, plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to class to meet your Sweat Coach. We will get you checked in and walk you through what to expect.
Your Sweat Coach will review the workout for the day and show you all the exercises. No surprises here.
Time to get your body ready for exercise so you can perform at your best.
Get ready for your 60-minute Sweat workout. Your coach will guide you through a detailed demo of movements and stations as well as a quick warm up to prepare you for the workout to come. Get ready to sweat!
During all Sweat classes, members can monitor their heart rate and intensity with their Sweat Heart Rate belt. The Sweat Heart Rate Belt will monitor real-time effort of your workout, calories burned, results, rankings during competitions, as well as be instantly rewarded with progress points for motivation.
